Kazakhstan Aktobe Pre-Salt Field Precision Water Flooding

Following the successful pilot test in the Aktobe Above-Salt Reservoir Block III in 2014, expansion tests and secondary potential tapping were successively conducted in 2018, 2019, and 2022. By the end of 2024, the Precision Water Flooding project in Block III had cumulatively produced 430,000 tons of oil, with an incremental production of 310,000 tons. Current daily oil production is 190 tons, with a daily incremental gain of 159 t/d, accounting for 50% of the total oil production in Block III.
