The polymer preparation and injection system features high concentration accuracy and low viscosity loss. Target fluid concentration accuracy is within ±1%, viscosity loss from preparation to injection pump outlet is ≤3%. The produced fluid treatment system effectively resolves emulsion breaking challenges caused by polymers or surfactants; dehydrated crude oil water content is ≤0.5%, and oil content in treated water is ≤0.5%. The injection and production systems are highly automated, achieving over 95% automation.
